Hematopathologist | Ameripath | Shelton, CT AmeriPath, a Quest Diagnostics Company, has an immediate opening for a BC/BE hematopathologist in Shelton, Connecticut. Established in April of 2005, the facilities at this location are excellent, with a new state-of-the art laboratory. AmeriPath Northeast serves the greater New York region and surrounding areas. Shelton is in a desirable part of Connecticut, located just off the Merritt Parkway and approximately 60 miles from Manhattan, 140 from Boston, and 20 from New Haven. AmeriPath affords the opportunity to do great work with the nation's largest physician and laboratory company focused on providing anatomic pathology, cancer diagnostic's and healthcare information services to physicians, hospitals, national clinical laboratories and managed care organizations. The company's extensive diagnostics infrastructure includes over 400 pathologists and doctorate level scientists providing services in over 40 independent pathology laboratories, more than 200 hospitals, along with the Center for Advanced Diagnostics (CAD), Dermpath Diagnostics, a division of AmeriPath and the AmeriPath Institute of Urological Pathology and Renal Disease.
